Hello Spacers, Malice here with an update for the Sith Holocron that you have been patiently waiting for. There have been many updates since the last Holocron, but I'll concentrate on the most recent updates; Coruscant, The Empire Changes Strategy video, and the newest webcomic update.

Let's start off with the planet whose core beats in time with the entire galaxy, Coruscant. From first glance the video shows us a new explorable in game planet, the towering skyline and sky ways inspire awe in those who look upon it, yet below there are battles going on from the peaceful war. We glimpse at a Jedi besting a Sith in battle for the first time, there is combat between Troopers and what looks like the Empire's equivalent to the Smuggler class, and combat between more Troopers and a Bounty Hunter.

Could all this mean that we may not have neutral planets, no safe havens? Coruscant is where the Senate meets, the epicenter of the Republic, yet there is still fighting in the slums below. If there is still fighting there this could mean that no one is safe anywhere from PvP or PvE combat.

Another part of the video that has caught my eye is on the 00:43 second mark, we see what could be the next Sith class type. There is a guy wearing a white jumpsuit with red stripes on the side who is wielding a blaster and shooting Republic Troopers. He is not wearing armor nor a jetpack so it is safe to assume that he is not a Bounty Hunter and there is no lightsaber so a Sith Warrior is right out. Who is this man? Is he our long hoped for Sith Agent? We'll have to wait and see.

All of these hopes for a Sith Agent class have come from our most recent Timeline video from the Holonet, The Empire Changes Strategy. This video is a great launch point for a couple of new things in The Old Republic. Most of us have already jumped on the band wagon that the will be a Sith Agent class due to this video, but there is more.

Arenas are talked about and are a great tool for MMOs to cater to the PvP ranked match players. Arena battles have been used in the Knights of the Old Republic games, so this a safe bet that we will have arenas.  More to this video is hints of a new Mandalore.  In the game's storyline there could be major "Flash Points" involving the Sith and Mandalorian uneasy alliance.  Who knows, Mandalorians may even be a playable race.

The latest update is not as awe inspiring as these videos, but still has a major impact on the game.  We are seeing a love story develop between the Trooper, Lieutenant Tavus, and the supposed descendant of Bastilla, Jedi Padawan Satele.  We also see, for no reason, the useless tag-along character, the Sith Driod.  How much impact will those two have on this peaceful war and why are they allowing that droid to follow them?  This comic sets the stage for the main storyline in the game.  Whatever goes on in these small updates will resonate greatly within our character's galaxy.

Well I hope your appetites for a new Sith Holocron have been sated.  In these recent updates we have a lot to drool over.  The prospect of a new class, possible arena matches, a Mandalorian race, and a love story between a Republic Trooper and a Battle Meditation Jedi.  This is Malice wishing you a discerning eye and never taking what you see at face value.  See you next week.
