About Our Guild

Mandaloria was formed shortly after the discovery of the true Mand'alor on Sept. 6th, 2009. The revelation of this new leader who possessed the traditional mask of Mand'alor as well as having earned the title, lead to the creation of a bastion of cultural and historical strength for Mando'ade. We believe that accepting dedicated players, along with instilling the Mandalorian traditions in our community, gives us an edge in the SW:TOR community. Right now, we're actively looking for mature (16+) PvP/PvE/RP gamers who love to have a great time with both the game and with their characters. While we do place a great deal of emphasis on achievements, dungeons/raids/instances/etc; we also recognize the need for story driven content within a community. That is why we're looking for people who enjoy role playing and stories to join us as we seek to become the greatest group of gamers that the Community has seen to date.

The Games We Play

The primary game that Mandaloria plays will become Star Wars: The Old Republic, once it is released. In the meantime, we play a variety of games, most notably Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning, World of Warcraft as well as Day of Defeat: Source and Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. We also possess a Ventrilo server that aids in our ability to play together as a team, and to communicate effectively during raids/instances/etc;

How Many Members We Have

At present we only have a handful of members, however we pride ourselves in only taking in the best. While we do accept any application, we ensure that each new recruit is able to remain active, and dedicated to our community. After all, a core fundamental aspect of Mandalorian society is duty. It is a core philosophy of our guild that Quality always outweighs Quantity. We feel that the more quality members that a guild has, the better it will be able to cope with events before and after launch, to ensure that the guild is a stable and fun environment for all.

Mandaloria prides itself in being the most dedicated Mandalorian guild within the Star Wars: The Old Republic Community. We place a huge emphasis on the culture, stories and language of Mandalorians. We believe that be getting in-character, we can become better gamers, friends and an all around awesome community. We have a talented group of individuals that help write, and codify much of the Mandalorian information in the Star Wars universe. We have been responsible for such works like Mandalorian Culture and On The Mandalorian National Question. We want to offer an opportunity to anyone who wants to take part in a truly fun RP/PvP/PvE environment, to be able to do so by joining our guild.
