The Exodus Syndicate is not only a very successful gaming community but also the first Sith Empire-guild formed in the world. Our community history spans over half a decade through numerous mmos and many of us have waited for this journey to begin for a long time. Our latest venture brought us many world and server firsts in AoC and we´re planning to do the same here.
We are proud to hold a constant 90+% active roster, something extremely few guilds in the world achieve.

Who do we seek?
We seek mature, PvP-oriented members to join up for our venture into what is to become the greatest mmo of all time; Star Wars - The Old Republic. Experienced and skilled applicants is what we want and having a good head on your shoulders and a socializing, communicative way is always welcome. Most importantly; we want ppl who enjoy teaming up and thrive in the social part of the mmo and especially group-oriented PvP.
Make no mistake; you WILL need a an interest in PvP to become accepted. If not extremely interested, it's good if you´re a hardcore raider or crafter and willing to dedicate your time to the guild in those areas instead.
It´s also important that you understand the chain of command. We´re all human here and we don´t expect nor do we require you to do anything completely haywire but when things are decided upon, we expect our members to come through for the guild instantly and to be proud of it.
What do we offer?
We feature a Joomla site with integrated vBulletin forums along with great communications and great leadership as we train our potential officers using a 1-month leadership-education program through our internal Academy. Promotions are only given to those that have graduated and show great prowess and leadership skill.
Other features are constant ongoing forum activities, an award section and showcase, interest and statistical surveys, temp games, vent meetings, a graphics section, a publishing house etc. We of course also have an integrated newsfeed with daily updates.
Our members are the most dedicated and active bunch I´ve ever experienced. All friendly, helpful and skilled and if you´re of that caliber as well, you will fit right in and feel at home. We build our community on a longterm basis and we want the best, so we offer the best. Ask any ExGS member and they will most likely tell you that they´re in it for life.
Why? There is no magic, only hard work and we're the hardest working guild in the mmo industry.
What is our current rank and structure setup?
We believe that too many obscure ranks create bulk. We apply a simple yet effective rank system which goes as follows:

There are 3 other internal groups, or Sectors as we like to call them, a member can join for further interest within the guild. Each Sector will have dedicated Officers that plan and lead these groups. These Sectors are:
XPS - Those that carry an even higher devotion to PvP
XRS - Those that carry and even higher devotion to Raiding
XCS - Those who desire to forge and shape the internal gearing and economy of the the guild.
What are our goals?
Our long-term goals are currently as follows:
Create, forge and fuse the greatest guild in the history of the business
Create, structure and execute the plans to reach the above and below goals
Establish the guild ingame as the most respected/infamous guild on the server:
Achieve a self-sufficient ingame guild through crafting, economics and diplomacy
Achieve PvP dominance through mastering group-oriented PvP
Achieve complete raid content clearance through rigorous raiding
Achieve world and server firsts when it comes to guild creation, city/station creation etc
The tools to achieve this, beside our vast experience is constantly provided for the members on our forums.
PvP Philosophy
Our PvP philosophy is deep yet simple; learn your class, practice in groups, hit first and hit hard. We are not a guild that will police our members and forbid them to PvP whenever they like against whoever they like, which is a vital part in perfecting the art of PvP.
We´re aiming to join a US-based server though we have several EU members who has chosen to game on US servers cause of language and server density.
