~ Our mission is to provide a multi-purpose guild suitable for anyone with a deep interest in the Lore of Star Wars and loyalty to the Galactic Republic. If you like to RP Republic characters, and you are a mature person, then this is the guild for you.

"Don't think of a secret as a lie, but a mystery. That is what are Society is."

~  Who or what is the Fillorean Society?  ~
~ The Fillorean Society is a group of people from all walks of life, dedicated to the preservation and aggressive expansion of the Galactic Republic. They are fiercely opposed to the Sith Empire, and any perceived enemy of the Republic.
"Our members are the heart and soul of what we stand for; without them we would be nothing.."

Who are members of the Fillorean Society? ~~

~ While there is no official public roster, as it is a fairly secretive society, it is known that the Society is composed of people from all walks of life including soldiers, businessmen, politicians, even Jedi. They are all united by their common purpose.

"Names always have meanings. Some good, some bad."

~  Where did the Society get its name?  ~

~ The Society was allegedly named for the first Supreme Chancellor of the Republic, Fillorean. The reasoning behind the name is the Society’s belief that they are trying to return the Republic to its ancient roots as the one dominant power in the galaxy.

"True Justice requires eternal vigilence and protection."

~ What are the Society’s goals? ~

~ Their actual goals are unknown to anyone but Society members themselves, though there have been several extrapolations as to what they may be. In general, the Society seems to be focused on defeating the Sith Empire and expanding the territory and power of the Galactic Republic.

"Compassion is what this galaxy needs, not an army.."

~ Is the Fillorean Society a criminal or terrorist organization?  ~

~ The Fillorean Society does not aim to do anything morally wrong and is not an “End justifies the means” organization. However, without knowing the Society’s goals it is difficult to assess their criminal or terrorist intentions. There is no evidence to suggest, though, that they have anything but the deepest respect for the Galactic Republic and its institutions. Therefore, one might be left to conclude that they are criminals and terrorists only to the Sith Empire or any other party that seeks to harm the Republic.

"The galaxy is plagued with battle, what we need is a secret weapon."

~  Organization  ~

~ At the top of our guild stands the Sophic Council: A wise group of people representing most Republic walks of life. It is headed by the Council Leader, a person with great intellect, cunning, charisma and combat skill. This post is held currently by two people due to recent events.

~ Prospective candidates for the Society have a choice of several paths to follow: Military, Diplomatic, Jedi or Freelancer. Should they be accepted into the society, they will start at the rank of Inductee, then they will be inducted and become an Accepted. They can progress through the ranks, up to Operative, Special Operative and then Sophic Inductee. This is the highest rank a normal member can reach; it means that you have been selected to begin training as a member of the High Sophic Council, a great honour indeed. Once your Induction period is over, you will be granted a seat on the Sophic Council and the awe it commands.

~ What can we offer you as a guild? Well, we are a new and up-and-coming guild right now, but we already have set in motion plans for things such as character bios, resources, information on TOR, website support, Live Chat, gaming advice and even our own Xfire clan. Stay tuned for more updates on those developments.

~ The Society’s founders have experience with many guilds and have painstakingly analyzed what makes guilds successful. We believe that we have created a friendly, open and mature community in which similarly friendly, open and mature people can come and go. Overall the purpose is to have fun and in our secretive yet surprisingly quirky guild we believe you could succeed and become a great member of something big, something that matters in the SWTOR community – something that matters to you.
